    Well where do We start?.
    .Sales agent pushing the finance option. (We were going to pay cash and we were prepared to wait the extra bit of time as we were waiting for some funds to come through).
    .Myself and my husband discussed the fact with the agent we get very misted windows in the upstairs of our house, not at any point did the agent say there was a possibility that with the new Windows we may still get the same problem, maybe even worse.
    .When we had heard nothing regarding whether the finance had gone through a few days later my hubby telephoned to politely enquire as to what was happening he was told by the male on the telephone that yes the finance had gone through and that he had the text on his phone.
    .The Following day I had 2 separate phone calls regarding the survey the day after, at no point during any of these conversations did anyone say anything about finance not covering the whole cost.
    .The following day when the surveyor came it was by sheer chance that I happened to chat about the finance and that was when it was revealed that we would have to pay the final £1521 The surveyor telephoned a 'agent' called ca*** l***e as we had no knowledge of this, to query this issue and for the sake of politeness lets just say this agent wasn't the most clued up and knowledgeable. The surveyor gave up and telephoned a different person r** st***p**, I was sat opposite the surveyor when he was having these calls and at no point did either 'agent' offer to speak with me to explain what was going on. The attitude was basically oh well they knew (meaning me and my husband - we did not) at one point the surveyor even asked me with this person on the telephone and I confirmed that we did not know.
    .I had a extremely awkward conversation with the surveyor once he'd ended the phone calls and we agreed we would postpone the windows and door for our funds to come through and that he would leave the finance documents for my husband to check over, sign, scan and email them into ca*** l***e.
    Later in the day I went out my back garden and saw many bits of what looked like white plastic on the path, so naturally wondered what it was and to my horror upon checking I realised that the surveyor had taken away big chunks of the back door frame without asking or telling me. That was it decision made no way was we having this company to replace our back door and Windows.
    .Rude member of staff ca*** l***e hung up the phone twice.
    .Eventually after refusing to give up spoke with a manager ni*** p****t, after going round in circles and him trying his very best to antagonise me I insisted everything should be in writing and eventually this individual gave me his email address albeit very sarcastically.
    .The following week I had a cold call from a individual whom claimed to be from this company named l***y basically the purpose of her call apparently was to refund a £70 surveyors fee, this individual only expected me to give my card details over the phone!!, she was rude, arrogant and held me to ransom in the end I just hung up the phone.
    .By the next morning not only did I have rude accusatory emails from l***y but also from ni*** p****t. By the end of that day we had it on email that the refund would be issued via a chequer which was revived within a few days.
    .What we endured over the next few weeks from ni*** p****t was not only unprofessional and rude but also very childish.
    .Went to a director n**l m****r and finally heard back over a week later.
    .Our back door frame still had not been repaired so waited a few days and as we did not want any direct contact with any of the Bridgend office we emailed the general sales email via the website and within 3 and a half hours ni*** p****t emailed.
    .ni*** p****t was much the same as previously.
    .Later that day we suddenly had a email with a appointment for the next day for the repair.
    .Next day repair guy comes and he didn't have a clue what he was doing. I had to tell him how the frame should be.
